How Do I Cancel An Order?

If you've recently placed an order but changed your mind and no longer need the product, email us at mosie@mosiebaby.com with the subject line, "Cancel Order # (ORDER NUMBER HERE)" as soon as possible.

 

If you've received a shipping email notification, unfortunately, your order has already been processed and we will not be able to stop the order from arriving.
