My wife and I used a known donor. We only ever tried with Mosie but after 4 unsuccessful cycles we had every fertility test done. Everything came back okay! We tried again - and it was negative again. We were just starting to contemplate and get the IVF process started - when we decided to try one more time because we had one more Mosie kit. Alas!
