Careful Planning + Generous Donor = Big Fat Positive!

We talked about starting a family for over a year. When it finally came time, the donor we had chosen backed out at the last minute. However, we got lucky with another donor that was more than ready to help give us the family we wanted no matter how long it took. I researched Mosie Baby for a few months. I read everything on the website. I loved how well thought out it was. I loved seeing all the stories. So we just had to have it. We set ourselves up thinking it might not take on the first try. Thinking we would have to try multiple times, I met with a doctor and got everything checked out. I was finally good to go. We did our first round with our donor. It was the longest 3-4 weeks of our lives. Finally I reached the 6th day of my missed period and BOOM clear as day “Pregnant”. Clear Blue + sign. Took on the first try. We could not be more grateful. I believe no matter how long it takes, as long as you believe and keep the faith. You will get exactly what you pray for.
