This email is long overdue, but I've been in such disbelief that it has taken me some weeks to accept that after nearly 8 years of trying to conceive, we got our positive pregnancy test that we've been hoping and wishing for! After we had our daughter, who will be 9 in September, we wanted to try for another child in hopes of having children close in age. Unfortunately, we realized that this would be tougher than we ever imagined. Over the span of many years (trying each and every month) we had only two positive tests that, sadly, ended in early miscarriages. Secondary infertility had taken a toll on our young marriage with finger-pointing, blaming, arguments and boring going-through-the-motions sex. We had honestly lost all hope and even tried other "turkey baster" type methods after years of negative tests. I stumbled upon Mosie Baby in all of my research and we figured it couldn't hurt to try. We ended up with a positive test after the second month of using it. We honestly couldn't believe our eyes. I am currently 12 weeks and couldn't be happier...and we are still shocked at this miracle everyday. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this gift you have given us when we thought all was lost. Because of you, this unexpected journey is over and our family is complete!
Thank you,
A & C from Georgia
A&C, Warmest congratulations on your conception and reaching the 12 week mark! Huge! After the journey you’ve both had, we’re over-the-moon excited for you guys. Beyond that warmest thanks for sharing your journey through secondary infertility. As you know firsthand, it’s just as complicated to process and in some cases perhaps more complicated as you’ve had one success. It’s also much more common than people think, largely because few people talk about it. We applaud you both for coming forward with your story, and can’t emphasize enough what a big deal it will be for others that are going through the same thing. And we’re privileged to have played a small part. Wishing you both a healthy term and new addition. And keep in touch, we’d love to e-meet #2 when you’re ready to share! -Marc + Maureen
