Celebrating 13 years of Innovation by Design, the 2024 Innovation by Design honorees include nearly 500 projects, products, and services from Pentagram, the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, Canva, and others.
Austin, Texas, July 23, 2024 – The Mosie Baby Kit for At-Home Insemination was honored in Fast Company’s 2024 Innovation by Design Awards in the Health category.
Designed to be used with either a fresh or cryogenically frozen semen sample, the Mosie Baby Kit includes two patented Mosie syringes featuring a science-backed design for at-home insemination, and two proprietary collection cups created for at-home semen collection. The Mosie syringe’s patented slit opening is modeled after the slit opening of the penis to create a laminar flow for semen transfer while the length is optimized to guide users on how deep to insert.
The Innovation by Design Awards, which can be found in the Summer 2024 issue ofFast Company, honor the designers and businesses solving the most crucial problems of today and anticipating the pressing issues of tomorrow. The competition, now in its 13th year, features a range of blue-chip companies, emerging startups, and promising young talent. It is one of the most sought-after design awards in the industry.
